Honey quality certification

At the present our medical grade Honey is going through and extensive microbiological analyzes by the accredited German laboratory Quality Services International GmbH. The laboratory is testing its antibacterial activity UMF (Unique Manuka Factor) by a method developed at the University of Waikato. In addition to this parameter the honey will be analyzed for water content, electrical conductivity, HMF (hydroxymethylfurfural) and content of pollen.
